Sandy-Ann D. Robs is an ambassador for Christ who holds the Certified Financial Planner designation and works at Fidelity Investments as a Financial Consultant. She has over 10 years of experience in the finance industry working with individuals and families to help them navigate the complexities of their financial situations.

Born on the beautiful island of Grenada (Caribbean), Sandy-Ann migrated to the United States in 2000 with her 2-year-old daughter. Today, her daughter is a New York State-Barred Attorney. 

Sandy-Ann is the Founder and Executive Director of Essential Women, Inc., a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is centered around elevating the quality of women’s lives by providing spiritual guidance and exhortation. Its focal point is helping women achieve and maintain freedom in Christ Jesus. 

She attends Pittsford Community Church where she leads a bi-weekly Bible study for women, and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in theology at Northeastern Seminary in Rochester.

Sandy-Ann's passion to see women live their lives to the fullest while enjoying complete wholeness in mind, body, and spirit; launched Single Parents Association for Christian Education (S.P.A.C.E. Ministries), an organization for single mothers in September of 2012, offering spiritual guidance and encouragement to help them overcome life's many challenges. S.P.A.C.E. provided single mothers with resources such as a monthly Bible study, personal budgeting and child behavioral management workshops, spiritual rejuvenating conferences, and recreational activities. 

After many years of serving single mothers, Sandy-Ann recognized that every woman needs spiritual guidance and access to the resources S.P.A.C.E. provides. Thus, S.P.A.C.E. evolved into "Essential Women," a support organization where women from all facets of life can come together to receive support and encouragement. "Essential Women" helps women develop into catalysts of change who impact their immediate environment. Additionally, the organization reinforces a culture where women encourage and motivate one another so that they might enjoy a more meaningful life experience.
